Maryland Harvest Moon Hayride Set for February 7, 2020

 

Mayor Craig A. Moe invites you to bring your family, friends and neighbors to celebrate the season! With the leaves fallen and the weather getting cold, this signals the ever-popular Harvest Moon Hayride, held annually by Laurel, Maryland’s Department of Parks and Recreation.

Save the date for Friday, February 7, 2020, from 6:00 – 9:00pm. The last ride to the bonfire will be at approximately 7:45pm.

Kids, teens and adults can revel in a brisk, winter hayride through Riverfront Park that ends at a roaring bonfire, where you can enjoy snacks and musical entertainment! The hayride will originate at 301 Main Street, which is at the corner of Main Street and Southbound US Route 1.

Tickets are $5 per person at the time of the event. Pre-registration cost is $4 per person and kids under 2-years old ride free. Pre-registered groups of 10 or more are welcome at a discounted rate. Pre-registration is held at:

  • Robert J DiPietro Community Center, 7901 Cypress Street.
  • Laurel Armory-Anderson Murphy Community Center, 422 Montgomery Street.
  • Laurel Municipal Center, 8103 Sandy Spring Road.
